Claudia is a dynamic entrepreneur and serial founder, having established ventures for consulting, impact incubation, sustainable B2C mobile operators, and digital engagement. She is also a co-founder of an impact initiative for social inclusion. Her passion lies in creating social impact through innovative business models, aiming to shape a better future for the next generation. With a corporate executive background, Claudia boasts over 15 years of experience in managing leading international ICT companies in challenging markets, serving millions of customers. She's renowned for her consulting expertise in sustainability strategy, customer experience, digital transformation, and impact innovation. Gunnar Wälzholz: Development FinanceGunnar brings deep expertise in financing recovery, reconstruction and development projects across the world, including in the Middle East, Ukraine, Afghanistan and West Africa. He first collaborated with Alice in the early 2000s, when they both worked with the UN in Asia.

Jeroen Dobbelaere: Science & Carbon Accounting
Jeroen is our go-to-expert when it comes to "hardcore" science and sustainability in academia. He has been Alice's sparring partner for over a decade and they have collaborated on several publications in the field of environmental sustainability.

A cell biologist and sustainability manager, Jeroen leverages his 20+ years of lab-based experience at prestigious institutions like UGent, ETH Zürich, Cambridge University, and the University of Vienna. He's authored numerous papers in top-tier journals and is well-versed in international conferences. Passionate about environmental sustainability, he founded Climate@MaxPerutzLabs in Vienna, advocating for sustainable transformation in academia. Jeroen also developed courses and teaching tools to promote this cause. Taking action, he transitioned to a sustainability manager role at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria (ISTA), actively working to make academia more sustainable, embodying his commitment to positive change. Laetitia and Alice first met 20 years ago when working at UNESCO. Today they collaborate on sustainable transition and personal transformation projects. Complemented by Alice's technical expertise in sustainability, Laetitia, a seasoned education & international development specialist, offers coaching for people stuck in their personal journeys towards more sustainable lives and work.

Laetitia is a consultant, trainer and coach working with a range of international organisations, donors and NGOs, national institutions and local institutions. She has contributed to more than a 100 projects in 38 countries across South, South East and Central Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, Eastern Europe and the Carribean. She has worked for circa 50 clients, including organisations such as UNICEF, UNESCO and UNDP Headquarters, Regional and Country Offices, the European Commission, government development aid agencies across Europe, and NGOs such as Plan International, ActionAid, Transparency International, and Humanity & Inclusion. |
